Success cannot be built by improvised, inflexible or technically outdated solutions to manage data. Non-efficient solutions lead to high staff costs, as well as issues with data management at different locations.

dbAvail was developed especially to meet the needs of SMEs. The system is built to provide perfect solutions at low costs.

dbAvail includes functionality, usually only found in expensive, large systems as SAP. These “enterprise systems” are usually not accessible to SMEs. However, dbAvail does not only include data management functions, but helps with handling data and workflow. 

The operation system of dbAvail is designed to be simple (like Word, Excel, …) and to be sufficient. Experience has shown that users experience the system as a simplification of their workflow. dbAvail is based on optimization of exisiting resources. This way dbAvail is able to meet the requirements of SMEs, that do not use their own IT department.
